• Delivery Charges: The customer is responsible for paying the delivery charges displayed at the time of ordering.

4. Payment, Return, and Refund Policy

• Payment Methods: Customers can make payments via Cash on Delivery (COD) or mobile banking services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).

• Product Return: If a customer receives an incorrect or damaged/broken product, the item must be returned directly to the delivery personnel (including the delivery charge), and we must be notified of the issue along with evidence such as photos or videos.

• Refund: Subject to the approval of an order cancellation or product return, the refund process will be completed within 7 working days via the customer's original payment method, in accordance with the Digital Commerce Law of Bangladesh.
